sending your purchasers links to your live application. Have potential
purchasers choose their favourite homes on their favourite lots, and send
you all their contact information for follow-up contact. Take it a step
further, and have brokers log-in to the application, and turn leads into

Simplii Sold is a web application that runs on your favourite browser across multiple operating systems. This means you do not need to download any apps, or need a powerful computer.
Safe and Secured

Security. All points in and out of the software is run through Secured Socket Layers (SSL). This means that all data that is sent to and from Simplii Sold is communicated through an encrypted connection. All data that is stored is also encrypted on our secured database.
Signing. Simplii Sold uses a third-party software
called DocuSign to digitally sign the contracts that you
provide. We prepare the documents for DocuSign to recognise
where to place text (like names, addresses, emails) and where
to sign or initial. DocuSign then prompts the buyer to either
sign or initial the contract with just a few clicks.
Finally, it provides a legally binding document that is
ready for print.
The Right Tool
for the right job.
Simplii Sold is packed with tools and widgets to help sellers choose the perfect home for their buyers. The application has several different end points, (too many to cover in fact), but at its core, there is the buyer side (front end) and the administration side (back end).
The Front End. The face the buyer will see is some times referred to as the Front End. This interface has the interactive 3D model or Site Plan (depending on your needs), which shows in real-time what models are available and where, while maintaining architectural controls. It will allow buyers to compare multiple plans simultaneously as well as choose their favourite models, that can be sent to the seller for further discussion. For administrators and selling staff, they also have the ability to log in and conduct sales directly off this interface, and coming soon, a useful Worksheet tool that will encrypt and store all purchaser information along with their selections to initiate a purchase at a later time.
The Back End. The administration module, also referred to as the Back End houses the application’s key functionality. This is the area where administration staff will maintain data. Easily update prices, manage releases, add lot/unit premiums, upload contract documents, review data and download speadsheet reports. Administrators will also be able to conduct sales with digital signatures as easily as with the Front End interface.

These materials include 3D models, renderings, site plan illustrations, floor plans, and agreement documents. Our team of developers will get to work and build your white-labeled user experience.
